All I can say is that it was a very disappointing second half. 3 goals were conceded which could have been easily avoided. We also created a lot of chances which went begging. 2 cleared off the line. In my opinion Cheadle wanted the result more than we did. They had players behind the ball trying their best to make sure that we didn't score. At the end of the day, you can't concede 4 goals and expect to win. We have 7 games left, and if we want to win this division then we all have to pull our fingers out. Let's stop getting on each others back and play like we played at the start of the season. With passion for football, encouragement for players, and working as a team. If we do that then we'll do it!!
Come on Rovers!!!!

Boys.... we all made mistakes in the game! We have to be big enough to forget last Sunday and start playing as team. We need to Talk more to one another, if we can do the basics right the rest will follow. Football is about team work and supporting one another, once we do this we can start playing football again....

well i think it was more like we got beat by the wind! every ball from their keeper turned out to be a real danger on our goal. though we did made mistakes, it is very difficult to defend those balls even for our big lads in deffence. we did not deserve the defeat but thats football for you. we have some though games coming up but we just need to do what we were doing b4. play rovers football. our destination is in our hand. so LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN. ...and as andy said, lets not let those b#@&*$ have it! Gutted to be on the sidelines for this one but we are all in this together and after the inspirational post match comments from Evans I think we all know what is required. Less chat on messageboards and more playing football to the best of our ability. I want to win this frikin leaugue so much! Come ON!!!

Both our clubs deserve to go up next season after last seasons results we have both come a long way! That surely is what matters!!!!
You beat us twice last season we have beat you once this season! The WIND! come on please what can we do about the wind and doesnt that show we used are brains alittle to recognise it was the only way we felt we were going to get through the best defence I have played against all season was to use something we both had the benifit of through-out part of the game!
In all a good game, lots of banter, lots of slagging each other off, and people shaking hands after the game as they should!
Chelsea and Man utd come to mind!
Well done Rovers & my lads.

Unfortunately, no matter how hard you protest, it's written on paper as a goal. The referee gave it.

It was a penalty though………… . Its irrelevant now anyway………….we got beat, played poorly and conceded four soft goals. Let’s look forward to the remaining crucial fixtures. We have to assume Cheadle will win all their remaining games, which means us grinding out the results as well. Lets go out on Sunday and play the way we know we can, just look at our performances against VIP and Arches. If we do that, the league is ours ;D Come on Rovers!!!!
