7-a-side match played between ourselves instead. Can someone post a team List of the 2 teams and a match report with score & scorers.
Cheers,
Dave

Fairy tale stuff from young Spence. 4-1 down and coming back to win 10-5.
Big Shorts had a lucky escape on Sunday.
There was a rumour that Kyle scored his first ever goal on an eleven-a-side pitch but techinically it was seven a side - unlucky.

Who's this Spence bloke?
Did he really score 5 times in an hour? Anyone got his number?

also forgot to mention about ed. ed your comments about 3 certain players were poor on sunday, you should be encouraging your team mates not saying great touch every time they screw it up, i mean your no perfect player are you??? well you maybe coz you certainly have a hand in a majority of goals against us!

You could try leading by example with the encouraging team mates, rather than coming out with something like that and then slagging off Ed.

I hear that there might be a call up to the England squad for young Spence. It was a truly magnificent display of step overs and drag backs that left me on my arse for most of the game!
Look out Gaz Neville!

Thanks for the encouragement Jay, lead by example.
If you are so unhappy with my defensive performances, how about you give me a run out up front. You being such a model striker could teach me the art of finishing, and you and i could start an awesome partnership up top. Then i can cause some mayhem in their box instead of ours for a change.
Theres nothing wrong with a bit of banter around the team, i think it was good for the team for us all to have a laugh together on Sunday.

thanks ed if we have enough to cover at the back i am prepared to give a run upfront. me being a model striker? thats a load of bull, i never big myself up coz i am already too big!!! (around the waist?? thats whay i get the large shorts!) no honest i would give you a run up there but joking aside, lets just encourage rather than do the slagging off. lets hope its a warmer evening on thursday!

Yeah, I agree. Although it may do me out of a starting place, I think Supergoals Spender should be starting. Good laugh on Sunday, but we need to put our best team out this week and get up the league.
