Rovers made it 3 wins in a row and claimed a second consecutive clean sheet. Rovers all so made it a second win on a 3g surface after recently becoming the first Rovers team to win a game on a 3g surface.
It was hard to believe that less then 24 hrs before this game the pitch was covered in snow but thanks to hard work from the ground staff who cleared the pitch the game went ahead.
The opening exchanges between the 2 teams seemed pretty even. But Rovers short ball game saw Rovers settle into the game .
The whole Rovers team were playing superb football and the passing and movement was a joy to watch.
Rovers started to create chances and after 18 minutes they got there reward with Lena opening The scoring after good link up play with Jen.
Jen then made it 2 nil with a fine solo run and finish.
By this time the greens were running riot and the 3rd goal saw 7 players involved in the build up and Rachel G provided the finish.
At 3 nil Oldham produced there best chance when there striker was put clean through on goal but Kell who would claim the second clean sheet of her so far short goal keeping career made a save that any world class keeper would be proud of.
after this Lena completed her hat trick plus one with goals 4 ,5 and 6.
The second Half saw Rovers carry on with the pressure on Oldhams Goal Jen claimed her second but Lena had the last word scoring twice ,ore to make it 9 nil Rovers.
Ref Watch
Winning 9 nil you cant really complain.
But to be fair he got most things correct 7 out of 10.

First to respond can decide.
Managers Player
Lena became only the 4Th player in Rovers history to score six or more in a game. ( All 4 play or have played for Rovers ladies)
Build up play for all today's goals was excellent and Lena produced 6 fine finishes .
Managers Point Of View.
A joy to watch Rovers are playing with a real hunger to win put are all so producing some great football.
