Ladies Training Schedule For the start of the new year.
Tuesday 3rd Jan 2012 Training as usual @ Trinity same time as normal.
Thursday 5th Jan 2012 Fitness training 8.50 pm till 10 pm @ Trinity please note we will be meeting @ the opposite end of the pitch as the mens all so train @ this time .
Sunday 8th Jan 2012 currently no game if this remains the same we will be training @ Hough End for 2 pm.
Tuesday 10th Jan 2012 Training as usual @ Trinity same time as normal.
Thursday 12 th Jan 2012 Fitness training 8.50 pm till 10 pm @ Trinity please note we will be meeting @ the opposite end of the pitch as the mens all so train @ this time .
Its important that you make it to as much of these sessions as possible having not played a game in over a month these sessions are aimed at getting the whole team back up to fitness and making sure we hit 2012 in good shape.
