Right lads. Firstly this is not the first time I have gone on about lack of commitment so take the following very serious if you want Manchester Rovers to continue providing mens football next season.
For the last 2 Thursdays we have had to cancel training due to 4 people 2 weeks ago and 4 people last week, this week we have changed the day to Wednesday with the idea of trying to avoid low numbers again with people having the bank holiday off. Going off Teamer there is only 4 people again it cost the club money to put training on and if you don't turn up we can't cover the costs so yet again the cost Will come out of my pocket to cover your lack of commitment. This year barr the lads who do turn up to training regularly turn outs have been nothing short of shame full! With most weeks the club struggling to cover the cost of putting training on so therefore it has to be covered other ways eg out of my pocket. As from the last Thursday in April Rovers Will no longer provide training at any facility that involves a cost to play. I have run out of patience and am sick of having to chase people to train, the knock on effect is without training you cannot continue in the leagues as the whole idea of training costs is for good turnouts and money made goes to cover league costs. This year Rovers dropped the cost o training and playing this good will gesture does not seem to have been appreciated by you. The club is currently ruining at a loss even though this year people at the club have brought in sponsorship, this is due to players not training and some who have not paid their match fees, as you know anything runin at a loss eventually folds. Most players at the club have full time jobs so there can be no excuses for not paying your match fees and no financial reason why you can't train. You will get a text with how much you owe by the end of this week and my address please drop the money off here, if this is not paid in full by the end of next week I will take this as you no longer want to play for Manchester Rovers. If you want the club to continue please pay up and secondly you come to me and make a serious commitment to training. Next Season if the club continues you will have to all fees in advance with no exceptions.
You all have 2 weeks to decide the future of the club - it's in your hands!
