I thought there may be a report on already but there isn't so here goes:
Rovers had a strong 14 man sqaud this week, very similar to the previous two weeks. Rovers started brightly and were penetrating the Inter Didsbury defence from the off. Mo Elagud gave Rovers the lead and Hamed made it 2-0 and Rovers went into half time with a comfortable lead.
The second half was an important test for Rovers who have lost there way a little bit in previous games, the first 5-10mins was a little cautious but there was still alot of good play. Michael Masterman gave Rovers a 3-0 lead to calm things down. Paul McNeil grabbed a goal to make it 4-0 which capped of a terrific performance.
As the scoreline suggests this was a good win for Rovers, the defence wasn't troubled a great deal but when Inter attacked the defence and goalkeeper were on top. A great clean sheet.
The midfield played a massive part in the win, all four players were busy and wanted the ball and also looked for opportunites to get the ball wide to the wingers and full backs.
The strikers were a constant threat and didn't let the Inter defence settle for one minute of the match.
Well done lads.

Excellent result again, cant do anything but say well-done to all players in the squad, gave their all and got the required result.
Its been great seeing a good squad of players for the last 3 weeks now and after seeing the level inter didsbury played against (and their position in the table) us, there is still so much to play for this season, 2 games in hand win them we are joint 3rd!! we have already beaten the team who are top. all I can say keep showing the same commitment as the last few weeks and we can have anyone in this league.
Come on Rovers!!!
