well done everyone for sticking together and fighting for a win. should of been 4-2 if the ref didn't give a daft decision.

Again lads lets see a match report. We have a very promising squad at the moment. Yesterday any of the reserve 11 could have played for the first 11 . Which is good to see . We are lacking in the centre half positions though and this is where the reserves have suffered most. How ever yesterday we were lucky to have ricardo and stuart . This alowed the rest of the lads to get on and play in there right positions and it told. Promising stuff but we still need defenders . Well done lads . Players man of the match Ricardo ( Nice to see him back on a Sunday . Its a shame the reserves cant have him regulary he would be a big difference) .

It was a good match, a lot of effort went in from all involved and we got our reward with 3 points and some cracking goals, not that we were helped by the ref much with a shocking decision for a penalty which definitly never was.
Well done everyone, see you Thursday.

It was good to see the reserves put in a good performance on Sunday. Its probably as well as I have seen this team play in my 2-3 years at the club. The scoreline wasnt a true reflection of the balance of play overall. Stuart and Riccardo had the game in control at the back, and most of the play in midfield was controlled by the two lads in the middle of the park (sorry i dont know the new players names yet). Upfront we always looked likely to score, with fletch putting in some good finishes when we'd created the chances. It was the first game ive played for this team for a while and it was good to see the atmosphere in the squad was all positive despite some tough results recently. I dont remember anyone complaining about other peoples mistakes. Which at this level can make a massive difference. As for their goals, its was a massive deflection for the first, in probably there only threat in the first half. The second goal was minutes into the second half and could be put down to a slow restart?, and the third was not a penalty in anyones eyes (not even any of there players) If we can keep the basis of this squad together most weeks, and get two regular centre backs, I think we should be able to start looking up the table and go for at least a mid table finish.
