First of all I can't believe out of 14 players I'm the only one who is capable of writing a report. Come on lads, it's good to hear everyones views on such a bad performance.
Rovers went down 7-1 this weekend, after going 2-0 in the first half Rovers pulle done back just before half time after Dave Harris finished superbly from a Michael Masterman pass.
The 1st half performance was not good enough but we some how came out with a chance. The 2nd half performace did not improve and the away side took advantage of the lack of belief in our team.
Once again this was a changed side which never helps.
Team:
Nick H (GK) Nick (LB) Ross (CB) Richard P (CB) Graham K (RB) Dave H (LM) Michael M (CM) Pete Evison (CM) sub Duffy Mo E (RM) Atu S (CF) sub Ste F Julien (CF) sub Kevin H
My MOM was Nick who played left back but Nick H also had a great game in goal and kept the score below double figures.

Firstly well done to Four in hand Motown who were by far the superior side on Sunday . If it had nt been for Nick Harold in nets who rightfully got man of the match Motown would have got into double figures. from my own point of view. Sunday was a disgrace . The players who played that game are more then capable of competing at this level. I don't believe with the quality we have in our squad Motown are 6 goals better then us. early on in the game it became obvious we had nt turned up. The first half our midfield and strikers were 2 or 3 yards off the pace players all over the pitch were waiting for the ball and not switched on . With the injury problems at the back i think the 4 defenders started well . How ever as has been our problem at the back in the past we have to deal with the long ball better . Sure enough thats where Motown's first 2 goals came from . We then pulled a goal back just before half time with some great skill and an inch perfect pass from Capitan mike masterman setting up Harris to finish well.half time 2 one we have a team talk and chat about what was going wrong and what do we do . Go out and continue to play like the first half . Only in the second half the 4 defenders decide to play as individuals instead of as a unit leading to being 5 one down within 15 minutes of the restart. The arrival of Duffy Frasier and Kev did see a slight improvement as in the 3 lads who came on looked interested and put there all in however the rest of us had given up which at this level is criminal and by the end of the game we got exactly what we deserved nothing. If we had won this game we would be in the semi final of a cup where we would have played olimpico. This is a chance of a cup final wasted. We have won one game all season and are just above the drop zone the next few games will determine if we are in a relagation battle or not starting a week on Sunday against the team just below us four in hand Motown. We can not play like we did last Sunday if we want to win I want to see heart and fight and a never give up mentality. i all so want to see us playing as a team so get your heads out of your asses and turn up next week. Sunday was not good enough and i do not want to see it again we have good players and a good set up so lets start to show that on the pitch . There is no games this Sunday so enjoy the break and have a look at your selfs and make sure last Sunday was a one off. No excuses a week on Sunday turn up and turn up to win g.

This doesn't sound good at all lads. The team's changed a lot since last year but we're used to competing for silverware, not trying to get out of the relegation zone!
I know I haven't been able to get to too many Sunday games but in a show of support I dumped my chick last night, making me available for selection on Sundays now too. Just in time for the free week by the sounds of it. Let's get Rovers back up the table lads.

Sounds like a shocker this week lads.... sorry I couldnt be there, pulled my hamstring playing for rovers on saturday but its looking good did think originally next weekend but im gonna try training on thursday. Hopefully it will hold up for sunday.
Ive chatted to few people already this week and the attitude they express is of a want to win. There is no need talking about that anymore lets start turning into results. I for one (if i make sunday) do not want to see anybody turn up wih their head up their arse. We all have a point to prove this weekend lets stop talking ourselves up and prove it on the pitch.

Is it right we've got four in hand again this Sunday?
Out for revenge and getting some pride back this Sunday lads - let's turn this result around.
